Life is full of ups and downs; sometimes, when we are down, it can be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Whether we are dealing with the battles of our everyday lives or battling from within, there is hope, and it is okay to ask for help. 

Everyone deserves a place where they can feel free to be themselves and feel heard and seen. In my therapy practice, I believe in a collaborative approach, where the individual is the team captain of their treatment. This empowers them to be in control of their healing process. I strive to provide therapy that is person-centered, culturally sensitive, non-judgemental, and open-minded, ensuring that everyone feels accepted, understood, and empowered in their journey. 

I have approximately eight years of experience working with adolescents and adults, assisting with various aspects of life, including depression, anxiety, anger management, and traumatic events. I also provide a safe and culturally sensitive place for individuals who identify as people of color or individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. I am skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and a Strengths-based Approach. 

Rest assured, I am committed to using my skills and expertise to help you navigate life's struggles. While I can't promise an easy journey or a quick fix, I can promise that we will face these challenges together. I offer evening and weekend appointments to help with everybody's busy schedule. I also offer virtual appointments at request.
