Hello and welcome! My name is Maria Rojas Cabrera. I am a bilingual Colombian immigrant and currently completing my final year of a master’s program in Clinical Social Work. My background includes work with nonprofit organizations, primarily supporting immigrant children and families.

I am passionate about working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and I believe we are always growing and learning from our lived experiences. In therapy, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My approach draws from Motivational Interviewing, client-centered therapy, and Gestalt therapy, while also incorporating mindfulness and holistic mind-body practices. I strive to meet you where you are and to accompany you throughout your healing journey with compassion and collaboration.
