08 mental health evaluations
We conduct Mental Health Evaluations, otherwise known as Immigration Assessments or Evaluations. These evaluations/assessments can provide support to an individual that is in the middle of an immigration proceedings with the following circumstances:

-
Extreme Hardship Waiver
-
VAWA (Domestic Violence)
-
U-Visa (Victims of Crime)
-
All types of asylum cases
-
T-Visa (Victim of Trafficking)
-
DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals)

These assessments consist of meeting with a mental health professional who will interview the client to determine life circumstances that have impacted their mental health, including immigration concerns, personal, marital, familial, psychiatric and other relevant history that may provide insight to support them in their case.
