I understand how overwhelming it can feel to reach out for support. Healing is rarely a single event, it’s a process made up of brave steps and meaningful discoveries. Whether you are just beginning therapy or returning after some time away, your healing journey is uniquely yours. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and empowering experience rooted in compassion and respect. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where your growth and needs come first.
I offer bilingual services in Spanish and bring an understanding of cross-cultural, immigrant, and first-generation experiences. My background includes crisis intervention, supporting survivors of violence, and working with children, adolescents, and families. I am deeply committed to affirming and empowering marginalized communities, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals.
My focus is to help you uncover and reclaim your strengths so that you can find greater clarity, fulfillment, and alignment with what matters most to you. If you are looking for a therapist who values your whole story and will walk alongside you with compassion, it would be an honor to connect with you.
