master's level interns

SSC provides affordable therapy services through master’s-level interns who are in the advanced stages of their counseling programs.


Our interns bring diverse specializations and offer high-quality care at a reduced rate of $60 per session. Evening and weekend appointments are available for added convenience.

We reserve a certain number of spaces for individuals who seek therapy but are uninsured or underinsured. Availability is limited and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

payment: payment is due at the time of service. All major credit card, cash, and check are accepted. HSA (Health Spending Account) and FSA (Flex Spending Accounts) are accepted as well. For more information on how payment is made with a credit/debit/HSA card is made, please reference here.

cancellation policy: please note that there is a $75 no-show/late cancellation fee if a session is not cancelled 24 hrs in advance. If you are not feeling well, a doctor's note will be required to ensure the fee is not charged.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

your right to receive a good faith estimate

Under the law, as a mental health providers, we are required to provide clients who are not using insurance or are paying out-of-pocket with a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected costs of therapy services.

what Is a good faith estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate details the expected charges for mental health services. While the exact number of sessions may vary depending on your individual needs, we will provide an estimate of what you can reasonably expect to pay over the course of treatment.

You have the right to:

  • receive a written Good Faith Estimate before your first session or upon request.

  • request an updated estimate at any time during the course of treatment.

  • dispute any charges that are $400 or more above the estimated costs on your GFE.
