Welcome—I'm so glad you're here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I want to honor that first step you're taking. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your mental health journey.

I’m a bilingual Latina therapist, fluent in both Spanish and English, and I’m deeply passionate about supporting individuals through a strengths-based, client-centered approach. I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to collaborate with you, honor your unique experiences, and help you build on your strengths to create meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in working with children and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, trauma, stress, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals through grief and loss. If you're mourning someone significant, I’m here to hold space for you—to help you process your pain, honor your loved one’s memory, and gently find your way toward a new sense of normal.

Above all, I believe in your capacity for healing and growth. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel supported, heard and empowered every step of the way.

I look forward to connecting with you soon.
