Life throws enough obstacles our way, why should therapy be one of them? If you are navigating stress, anxiety, grief, PTSD, depression, or any hard life transitions, I can help. I enjoy working with individuals in all phases of life and offer Saturday sessions for flexibility.

I offer on my end an open environment to facilitate an unbiased platform for you to express yourself and together, we will strive to help you gain tools to use in everyday situations when things get to be a little too much.

When you are ready, I encourage you to explore coping mechanisms such as anxiety monitoring, thought-challenging,and providing an inclusive environment to explore self-awareness.I am committed to offering a collaborative relationship with adolescents, adults, and individuals and utilize approaches such as Trauma-Informed-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and meditative therapeutic approaches.

I have experience working with diverse populations facing an array of challenges and have adapted an inclusive environment to promote empowerment, healing, and growth. I received my Bachelor's degree from The University of Houston-Downtown in Social Work. I am currently attending The University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work, specializing in clinical social work. I practice at under the supervision of Juan Sazo, LCSW-S.
Everyone should have a safe space they are comfortable in and I hope to provide that for you. I invite you to start your therapy journey with me.
