05 therapeutic approach

I view my clients as experts in their own lives and work with them to harness all the strengths and skills they have within them to find their way. I believe that people whole-heartedly want to be the best version of themselves and life's challenges can sometimes get in the way of who we hope to become. Whether that be an unexpected circumstance or a planned life change, a trusted therapist can provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment to a find a happier outcome.

I firmly believe that the fit between therapist and client is crucial, which is why I incorporate a strengths-based, humanistic, and individualized approach to the professional relationship. Through this approach, I'll guide, provide supportive feedback, and challenge when appropriate to get you or your loved one where you want to be.

Therapy is about healing above all else. I'd be honored to join you on your healing journey.
